OPTIANO can only accept the exchange if the blisters/vial are not opened or are found to be a factory defective. Opened lenses cannot be exchanged under any circumstances In the case that you receive defective lenses, you must proceed as follows:

1. Optiano will accept the exchange of any damaged product sent and will bear all handling of tax/VAT, shipping costs, and customs charges regardless if/when Optiano has agreed to the exchange.

2. Optiano does not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

3. In case of quality problems regarding the product, please contact us through live chat and fill up a complaint request.

4. Optiano accepts to exchange product with another if the request is placed within 15 days from the date of invoice and if all other terms and conditions are met.

5. If the product is not what you expect/want while the product ordering parameters are correct, then return and exchange will be accepted. Please contact us through the live chat and fill up an exchange request.

6. For Exchange of shade, Customer will bear all handling, tax/Vat, custom charges, and shipping costs.

7. Optiano will not be responsible if returned products are damaged or in altered conditions after you have provided all the evidence that it was sent in their original condition.

8. Each order has only one after-sale privilege.
